Tax Sale
Each May, tax delinquent property is auctioned off at the Morgan County Courthouse to the highest bidder. Tax sale property is advertised during the month of April. The 2013 Tax Sale will take place on on Tuesday, May 21 in front of the Morgan County Courthouse in Decatur, Alabama.
